Shipments from our webstore are normally undervalued to reduce the declared customs value unless you specifically request otherwise and 99% of the time, it works. That said, there’s always a (very) small but real risk: your package could get flagged for inspection, which might mean delays or extra charges. And let’s be honest, customs officers can Google the real product value just as easily as we can.

For the SAL-33, we also provide an optional “tax included” shipping service. With this option, the courier guarantees that you will not have to pay any import tax. The service comes at a premium, typically $50–80 depending on your country. If you want absolute certainty, pick this option. EU users are recommended to take this route due to the high import/VAT tax.

If you’re confident that a lowered customs value will work in your case, you can choose the standard shipping option instead.

For U.S. shipments, due to the newly imposed tariffs on imports from Vietnam (effective August 29, 2025), the only available method is shipping with tariff/tax included. I’ve absorbed the extra tariff cost wherever possible. However, for SHG 700 and SAL-33 orders where the added fees are too high, I ask customers to kindly shoulder part of the cost. All US shipments must go out with "tariff included" route to ensure compliance and avoid surprise bills upon delivery so you only have 1 option for shipping in US.
