Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

All MLAstro products include a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Please note that shipping insurance is not included by default. It is only available as an optional service for certain items and only for selected destinations, as outlined in our Shipping Insurance Policy.

We do not accept returns caused by user error, incorrect setup, or lack of familiarity with the product. To help customers get started successfully, we provide extensive tutorial videos and documentation. If you still run into difficulties, we are happy to arrange a video call to assist you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to helping you get the most out of your equipment.

Warranty and Servicing

All MLAstro products include a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing faults. Our products are designed to be user serviceable under our guidance. If an electronic component fails, it can usually be replaced easily using off the shelf parts.

For repairs that go beyond what the user can reasonably do, MLAstro maintains forwarding warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. This means customers in those regions only need to ship the product domestically for servicing.

Opening the product or performing service without our written consent will void the warranty. If you experience a problem with your product, please contact us by email first. We will help diagnose the issue and determine whether opening the product is necessary.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. No explanation is required. To request a cancellation, please email trong.minh@mlastro.com and your refund will be processed promptly.

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the sale is considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds after shipment unless the product is found to be defective beyond what can reasonably be resolved through customer support under our guidance.

In such cases, MLAstro may request that the product be returned through one of our forwarding warehouses. Once the issue is confirmed, the customer will be offered either a refund or a repair and return, at MLAstro’s discretion based on the nature of the problem.
