Order Tracking
This allows you to check for your order status. Please take note that the order tracking only works with order with order ID after 2839. Since that order, we upgraded our Webstore and add support for order tracking but the old database cannot be port over. If you have any questions, just drop me an email at trong.minh@mlastro.com.
Order status explained:
- Failed: Payment failed. The order has not been registered in our system.
- On Hold: If you choose bank transfer, your order will remain On Hold until the payment clears in our account. Your preorder spot is temporarily reserved. You have up to 10 working days from the order placement date to complete the payment. After that deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled and the preorder slot will be returned to the pool.
- Processing: Your payment has been received and your order is now in production.
- Completed: Manufacturing of your order has been completed. We will send you a shipping notification once the order has been dispatched. It might take a while, especially if your order has other item(s) that is still in production.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you have already made a payment, it will be refunded. Please contact us regarding your refund.
- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
