MLAstro Shipping Policy

MLAstro ships products worldwide from Vietnam using reputable international courier partners.

Shipping Areas

We ship to most countries and regions. However, shipping availability may vary depending on courier service coverage, customs restrictions, sanctions, or local import regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your country after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable solution.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is shown at checkout whenever possible.

For some products, shipping may be included in the listed price or charged as a separate fee. The exact shipping fee depends on the product, destination country, package size, courier service, and insurance option.

MLAstro reserves the right to contact the customer if a destination requires a special shipping arrangement or an additional shipping cost.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

For many destinations, MLAstro works with courier partners that can include customs clearance, taxes, tariffs, or import handling fees in the shipping service.

When this service is available as indicated on checkout, customers should not need to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

However, customs rules vary by country and may change without notice. If taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges are required by the destination country and are not included in the shipping service, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

MLAstro is not responsible for delays, fees, or issues caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

Shipping Time

In-stock items are usually shipped after order processing, final inspection, and packing are completed. Instock information might be outdated, please consult with us before placing order if you have time constrain.

Preorder items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping schedule listed on the product page or announced in production updates.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, courier route, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Many packages arrive within about one week after dispatch, but delays may occur due to customs inspection, holidays, weather, courier backlogs, or other circumstances outside MLAstro’s control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the customer by email once the package has been handed over to the courier and the tracking number has been returned to us.

Please check your inbox and spam folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered by email providers.

Tracking may take some time to update after the package has entered the courier system.

Preorder Shipping

For preorder products, the estimated shipping date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Manufacturing, machining, anodizing, quality control, supplier delays, holidays, logistics disruptions, or courier capacity may affect the final shipping schedule.

MLAstro will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated if there are significant delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, phone number, and email address at checkout. Please include delivery instruction, including Apt. number, floor no, bell no and other information in the shipping address where applicable.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, return shipment, rerouting, storage fee, or reshipping cost, the customer may be responsible for the additional charges.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address before dispatch.

Once a package has been handed over to the courier, address changes may no longer be possible or may require additional courier fees.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be available for certain products and destinations.

If insurance is selected and the package is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, MLAstro will work with the customer to resolve the claim according to the MLAstro’s shipping insurance policy.

If insurance is not selected, MLAstro will still assist with courier communication, but compensation may be limited by the courier’s standard terms.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, please take video of the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, and damaged product before opening the item.

Damage must be reported to MLAstro as soon as possible after delivery so that we can assist with the courier claim process.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period of time, please contact us and we will help check with the courier.

A package is only considered lost after the courier officially confirms the loss or after the courier’s investigation process has been completed.

MLAstro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier if the delivery address provided by the customer was correct. However, we will assist the customer in opening an investigation with the courier where possible.

Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to MLAstro because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive the package, unpaid local fees, or failure to complete customs requirements, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, storage fees, customs fees, and reshipping costs.

Refunds for returned packages, if applicable, will be processed only after the package has safely returned to MLAstro and has been inspected.

Courier Choice

MLAstro will choose the courier service based on destination, reliability, delivery speed, customs handling, and shipping cost.

Customers may request a specific courier before shipment, but we cannot guarantee availability for every destination.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries or regions may have shipping restrictions, special customs requirements, or limited courier coverage.

MLAstro reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if shipping to the destination is not possible, unsafe, or commercially unreasonable.
