MLAstro SAL-33 personalized laser engraving

NOTE: The option with the side panel is on discount so that early adopters can get their mount enggraved at discounted price. After the 3rd batch ship, pricing will go back to normal.

You can have your logo, text, or image laser etched onto the side panel of your MLAstro SAL-33. Maximum workable area is 60 x 60 mm.

Please provide the logo file at least 1 week before the expected ship date.

1. File requirements
   The artwork must be black feature on white background (VERY IMPORTANT, IF THE IMAGE BACKGROUND WAS BLACK, WE'LL INVERT IT), and provided in one of these formats: It can be image or vectorized file. Preferable format is PNG, SVG but JPEG, PDF and other image formats also work. The minimum resolution should be 1000x1000 pixel if it is an image.

2. How to submit
   Send the file to our email trong.minh@mlastro.com with the subject line formatted exactly as:
   "SAL-33 laser etching Order #XXXX"
   Include your order number. This is VERY important to help us keep the orders managed.

If this engraving request is for an existing SAL-33 order, please also reference the SAL-33 order number in the order comment.

We will confirm the final design if there are any concerns about how it will etch.

3. Design tips and possible surcharge
   Logos work best. Plain text can look bland, so it is recommended to add some design elements.
   Cartoonist artwork also do well, but artworks with very fine details may not etch cleanly, so keep it simple.
   A surcharge may apply if your etch file is extra complex and requires more post processing/test run.

4. Shipping impact
   Customized orders typically ship 7 to 10 days later than standard orders.
   Any delay caused by late or incorrect artwork submission will be added to the total delay.

More complex design require extra work like this will create a small surcharge. We'll let you know if your order subjected to surcharge. The surcharge is small (10$ in this case)
